At an early age of 16, Jeremy Payne showed an astute awareness for the needs of the public by becoming a founder of 3:11 Youth Housing (now A.Y.A Youth Collective). Working to provide homeless youth with stability, Payne and those who would later become the 3:11 leadership team worked to create the non-profit organization in 2012 to help provide critical resources and homes to homeless youths in Grand Rapids.
Now serving as the Co-Treasurer of the Finance Committee, Payne has turned his passion towards the financial development of the organization. Payne completed his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting at Davenport University, and currently is in pursuit of his Master of Business Administration in Accounting there as well. He is a Financial Consultant for his own business and he is currently employed as a Senior Accountant for Cascade Engineering.
Once an attendee of the conference, Payne would go on to serve as the host for YPCC 2022 and will serve again this year for YPCC 2023.
